Alright, you know the post is going to be good when I have an awesome hash-tag in the title. A couple days ago I expressed my desire to find a new creative outlet. Something that I can work on, something different, to get me out of the monotony of working every day. I have decided, my next adventure will be a YouTube show.
Holy Cheesus… (my polite way of saying Holy Jesus) for whatever reason, I am having some serious blog-block (like writer’s block for the people who don’t get paid to write for the internet). I would like to say that I have had an extraordinary past couple days where all my wishes have come true, but then I would be lying to you and that is just plain rude.
Hey! Yes, I’m still alive. I have not fallen off the face of the earth, or died some ironic or humorous death (although if I’m going to die… that’s the way I want to go. Like being crushed by a pillow truck, or falling into a pit of jello and not being able to eat my way out, that sort of thing). I just wanted to send out a quick honest post (I’ve been honest from the start, got to keep it going!) to ensure you that I’m still working on the blog. I have a couple people interested in sharing their stories, so those will be posted as soon as I get them. However, as you can probably tell, I’ve lost my blogging ‘mojo’ a little. I need to get back into the habit of posting everyday, but with work and all of my so called “adult responsibilities” I’m finding myself unmotivated to do anything but sleep and eat when I have a spare moment. BUT! I am working hard, like I’ve said to keep the blog afloat and you can help too.

There has been a lot of stuff that I have been meaning to do for the past little while. Little things, but they do tend to add up, as I’m sure you can relate and with only having a couple days off, I tried to pack it all into one day. The biggest item on my very realistic check list (seriously… it was on a post-it, in Sharpie and everything) was to get a second job.
